Our Primary students did an amazing job presenting our "Kindness" assembly this morning. They worked hard coming up with some great ideas to express kindness within our LES community and beyond. They presented a plan for the students to be involved in creating a Kindness Chain Link; and they are in the process of organizing a fundraiser to help the Harmony Horse Farm, a horse rescue ranch in Franktown. Way to go Primary, thanks for spreading the seeds of kindness! I look forward to watching how they will grow!
The LES PTO Needs You to Know…
Go Bobcats! Show your Spirit! Remember every Friday is Spirit Wear Day. Don't forget to show off your Bobcat spirit by wearing your favorite Larkspur Elementary t-shirt, sweatshirt, or pants! The final two Boot Line Dancing lessons are planned for Friday, March 31st and April 14th starting at 5 pm in the LES gym Dust off your boots and come learn or practice some line dancing with your friends and family. Cost is $5 per family and all payments go back to our fabulous line dancing teacher volunteers, Ms. Parsons and Mrs. Dann. It's loads of fun!
Silent Auction & Live Auction still needs your help. Please try to obtain a donation for our silent auction during Spring Break. Doing some spring cleaning, set aside any new and unused items that might sell well in our auction or donate any unused gift cards to the auction. For the Live Auction, we are looking for a few more donations! If you have a vacation home/condo or tickets to a sporting event that you would be willing to donate - we would love to hear from you! Either way, you're helping us raise some much needed funds and you'll get a tax donation receipt for the fair market value of your donations. Please contact the PTO at email@example.com with questions. Thank you and have a great Spring Break!

Do you love to be outside in the garden, have a green thumb or would like to learn a little more about gardening? The LES Garden Committee is looking for parent volunteers to help this garden season. We have lots of fun with the LES kids in the garden planting, harvesting and maintaining our wonderful gardens! We also are in the beginning stages of planning our 3rd annual Farm to Table dinner, which has been such a fun event for the past two years. If you can bring something to the table, let us know! If you are interested in getting involved, please contact Rebecca Winckler at firstname.lastname@example.org
The School Directory is now available on the LES PTO Website. The required password has been sent to all families via email, and is also available at the front office. Please know that should you lose track of this password, an email address matching one found in the directory is required and the password will then be emailed to that address. This measure is in place to keep the directory data secure.
Thank you and have a wonderful Spring Break!
