Good afternoon Bobcat families!!
I can't believe that this is the last blog of the 2016-2017 school year! I want to take the time to say thank you.
For more than forty years, Larkspur Elementary has embraced and nurtured those who are the most precious to us, our kids.
Our exemplary staff and teachers have been dedicated to the art and science of teaching and are committed to excellence. This is no easy task, it takes grit and perseverance on a daily basis, for all their hard work and dedication, I am so proud. The love we have for your children makes this one of the most rewarding jobs on earth. In the two years that I have been principal of this extraordinary school, I have seen teachers, staff and students, thrive and grow not only as individuals, but as a team, a team we like to call family. Committed to the highest of values, LES strives to be a vessel of enduring quality and strength. With this I can honestly say that I am honored to be a team member who is helping to navigate this vessel towards excellence. My staff makes this easy and words cannot express how proud I am of them on a daily basis. We cannot do what we do alone. I want to acknowledge you and let all of you know how much we appreciate the solid foundation you have provided for our success. This success has been built and nurtured by all of you. It is built upon the dedicated community members, volunteers and our phenomenal PTO. The commitment you all have to our children and our second home, is truly exceptional and we are so grateful.
I want to encourage all of you to get out there and explore the world this summer. Read some amazing books and take the time to be present in this crazy world we live in!
I look forward to celebrating future successes together and Thank all of you for everything from the bottom of my HEART!
