2018 Apple Awards Nomination
The Apple Awards are an important tradition for Douglas County School District and wouldn't be possible without the engagement of our community. The Foundation for Douglas County Schools thanks you for making the time to nominate and celebrate an educator, support staff member or administrator that has made a difference for you. The words you write in this nomination form will be shared with the nominee and are very meaningful to them. Thank you for showing our team your gratitude and appreciation.
Your nomination plays an important role in our selection process, we ask you to provide thoughtful and complete responses to every question in the nomination form. Help us understand how this individual has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make a difference for our students and the Douglas County School District community.
Thank you again for your support and participation in the 2018 Apple Awards.
